Oct 28, 2013 - The Senators played their first game vs Quebec City Old Boys on Saturday 26th. This was the season finale at TERP, to be followed by the annual "Players Night" at the Arrow & Loon. The game was a well-fought, competitive affair between two well-matched sides, with both showing spells of good, running rugby. It was a bruising encounter, with most of the game played between the two 22 metre lines, but the Senators ended up on top by 2 tries to 1 - with characteristic tries scored by Brett Whitehead (finishing off a slick back line move) and Mark Patterson (crashing over the line from close range to trigger seismometers in Japan).
