The United Towns Minor Hockey Association held their AGM on Sunday May 30, 2010. President Bob Clements reported on the successes of the past year including the three medals won this year duing the provincial championships, the addition of a third hour of practice time for all divisions and the donation of 10 sets of goalie equipment from the NHLPA.

The following individuals were also elected to serve as the association's executive for the next 2 years:
