Registration is still open for players anyone wishing to join minor hockey this year:

Discount for 1st Year Players!
- Fees: $260 (Pre-novice, Novice) and $300 (Atom, Pee Wee, Bantam, Midget).
- FIRST YEAR player discount rate: $130 (Pre-novice, Novice) $150 (Atom – Midget)
- Three (3) hours of ice time per week again this year!
- Chevy Free Helmet Program - http://www.gm.ca/gm/english/vehicles/chevrolet/chevrolet-hockey/overview

- New Hockey NL policy: Now mandatory for at least one parent of all new players to complete the Respect in Sport online course at www.hockeynl.ca. Cost is $12. Next year course will be required for all minor hockey parents.

- The "Jumpstart Program" (www.canadiantire.ca/jumpstart) is available again for funding for families who qualify call Rhonda Savoury at 832-1064. All inquiries are strictly confidential. The "Kidsport" program is also available - details at www.kidsport.nl.ca. NOTE: Those who qualify for one of the above programs must still register with UTMHA.
